Delivery Service

To our clients we offer delivery of medications, supplies and prescription diets.  We only ask that you give us 7-10 days notice.  When you call us to place an order the item is put on your file, that day or the next day your order is sent to our supplier. It takes the supplier a day or two to send us your order, we can then drop it off to you. This process takes time, that’s why we ask for 7-10 days notice. We understand that sometimes a mistake is made and you might run out before the 7-10 days notice, please call us as soon as possible as we might have it in stock. If short notice on deliveries becomes a habit, a delivery fee will apply and be determined by location and amount of notice provided.

If you are not a client, a delivery fee will apply to orders not requiring a prescription. The amount of this fee will depend on your location and amount of notice provided.  Please call us if you are unsure what classifies as a prescription and non-prescription items.
